Becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS)
The CEDS credential represents the gold standard in eating disorder treatment, symbolizing advanced expertise and connecting you with an elite network of specialized professionals. As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist and Consultant (CEDS-C), I provide supervision for therapists working toward certification or seeking specialized eating disorder guidance in their practice.
Certification Requirements
The International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (iaedp) CEDS certification requires 2,500 supervised patient care hours with an iaedp-Approved Supervisor, core coursework, a comprehensive exam, and ongoing specialized education.

With 7+ years in eating disorder treatment and 3 years guiding other clinicians, I bring both specialized knowledge and real-world experience to our work together. My supervision style is collaborative and growth-oriented — creating space for you to develop your clinical voice while navigating the complexities of eating disorder treatment. I believe supervision works best when it's both supportive and challenging, helping you refine your therapeutic approach and develop confidence in your clinical judgment.
